How do you determine your hourly rate? At Charly Cares you determine your own hourly rate. But keep looking critically at this, keep day and evening rates apart and base your rate on age and experience. In the app you can also see the average hourly rate for your age in your area. That does not mean that your hourly rate should be the same as that of a peer if you have different experience.

Fall season (and the holiday) has started! That means: enjoying the beautiful colors of fall and getting cozy. It's a good season for spending some time inside, but there's a lot to do outside as well. We have some tips for a cozy & creative fall!

At Charly Cares, you work when you want to. Our new update contributes to that promise: there is a new way to indicate your availability. You can now do so based on preferred days, so that parents will have an even clearer view of when you are available and we will be able to provide a better match.
