Guidelines homeschooling

There are no set guidelines for homeschooling. As a parent, you may design the education for your child(ren) yourself. However, exemption from compulsory education is required first; there are certain rules for this which you can find on this website of the central government. If you have more questions about, for example, applying for or the costs of home schooling, the website of the Dutch Association for Home Schooling offers a lot of information.

Help with homeschooling

A babysitter at Charly Cares is not just any babysitter. A number of Babysitting Angels have indicated that they can help with homeschooling: for both primary and secondary education. These are Angels with a specific educational background, for example the pabo. You can recognize these Angels by the special 'homeschooling' icon in their profile. When making a booking you can easily filter on this icon. Do you need help with homeschooling or does your child need tutoring? Our Angels will help you out!

A reliable babysitter

Quality and trustworthiness are of great importance at Charly Cares. Which is why we screen our Babysitting Angels personally and do a double reference check before they are allowed to babysit. In addition to the personal screening, every babysitter is assessed after every babysitting service. These ratings and reviews are visible for every parent, so we can ensure that you can go out without any worries.
