To book an Angel on our platform, it's important to download the app and create a family profile. Take some time to add a nice photo and description so that the Angels can get a good first impression. Start by searching for an Angel. Choose the service you need, and select the date and time for the booking to take place. Once you've chosen the date and time, a selection of available Angels who meet your criteria will appear. Use the filter function to sort by hourly rate, age, or other characteristics.
Select as many Angels as you find suitable and also post the booking on the jobboard. This increases the chances of success. The jobboard is a collection of bookings where Angels can proactively apply for your booking.
Once the request is sent, wait for responses from the Angels. Keep an eye on your booking overview and chat. Did you receive a response? An Angel has either accepted the booking or an Angel is offering their services through the jobboard. In this case, you'll need to accept the Angel's offer. Please note that a job board offer is valid for 6 hours, after which it expires.
Once a booking is accepted, it will be listed in the app's overview. Now you can chat with the Angel and schedule a potential introduction!
What is the Babysitter Insurance?
Safety is of the utmost importance in our community. That is why a parent has the Babysitter Insurance, which means the parent is extra insured for damage caused by the Angel during the babysitting service. Both material and personal injury, sustained during the babysitting service are insured. Damage sustained during a babysitting service is often not covered by a regular liability insurance (WA insurance). What are the costs of a babysitting service?
Angels are able to choose their own hourly rate, so it can be different per Angel. The hourly rate varies between approximately €7 and €15 per hour.
You also pay the subscription costs and booking costs. The subscription is €13.99 per month and the booking fee is €1.99 per booking.
