Found a babysitter with a great profile who matches you and your family? Yes, great! Only what about trustworthiness? At Charly Cares, trustworthiness is paramount. That's why we have a selection procedure and why the babysitter has to meet our requirements. If a babysitter, for example, cannot provide any references or does not have any relevant babysitting experience, the babysitter will not be admitted to our app. That might sound strict, but it's the only way for us to see if the babysitter is suitable.

Sure! Create a booking for the time you actually need a babysitter. After an Angel has accepted the booking, you can agree to meet through the chat or you can call the Angel directly. If you would prefer to meet in person, you can create a short, two-hour booking to get to know each other.
Reliability is paramount at Charly Cares. Before our Babysitting Angels start working for us, one of our recruiters meet them via an online video call. We also check 2 references for each Angel. During the video call, we discuss the babysitter's motivation, experience, and personality at length. But ultimately, it is up to parent and Angel to judge whether there is a good match between the two parties. We therefore recommend a personal introductory meeting before the Angel comes to babysit.
