Charly Cares offers each family a trusted babysitter. To ensure reliability, a personal interview with the babysitter is essential. During the meeting, a babysitter’s background information, specific babysitting experience and references will be checked, amongst other things. After the interview, parents are asked to provide a Babysitting Angel with a mandatory rating following each babysitting service rendered.

Reviews after each babysitting service

Every Babysitting Angel is rated after a babysitting service by a parent through an obligatory rating and an optional review. We monitor these ratings and intervene when necessary. This way, we are able to continuously keep control over our babysitting service and offer transparency to parents.
