All Babysitting Angels are personally checked by a Charly Cares recruiter. They provide information about their experience and motivation and fill in at least 2 references from families they have babysat for before. After that, they gain access to the app. Even when they're on duty, the quality is continuously monitored. Parents always fill in a rating & review about the Angel after a babysitting service, visible to other parents. This ensures reliability and transparency!
