“Franca has been looking after our 4 year old son for 3+ days a week for about 6 weeks. She was extremely reliable, always early/on time and was very flexible when we needed her, even at last minute which was great! She played all different games with him, read lots of stories and drew colouring animals for them which was super cute. The only downside was that often we would see Franca on her phone and my son was playing on his own in front of her. I had said from the beginning when she asked that we preferred her to interact and play with him during her time here so this was not what we expected. ”
