Charly’s Startup Story in the founders column!
Founders Charly and Xander look back on how the big Charly Cares adventure started: “we never thought to start a company in three years in eight cities.”
During her student time, Charly was already busy with her company 'Pas Op'. Then she saw how important a babysitter is in the lives of a family: “Parents often want the babysitter to play an active role in the lives of the children”, says Charly. “Picking the kids up from school, taking them to ballet class, cooking for them and putting them in bed. I decided to meet that demand with Pas Op. There, I took care of the recruitment and selection of the babysitters and families.”
During the time she worked as a headhunter, the idea of starting an innovative babysitting bureau kept nagging at her, which is why Charly and Xander invested their savings into forming the Babysitting App Charly Cares.
