Personal phone interview
We think it is very important that all babysitting kids are in good hands & parents can leave comfortably. That’s why we'd like to first meet everybody who wants to become a Babysitting Angel for an interview via phone.
You schedule a one-hour time slot during which we will call you. We expect you to be available during this hour. If you don't answer, we'll assume you're not interested and you won't be able to complete your application. Did you miss the call, but would still like to babysit through Charly Cares? Relevant babysitting experience
The safety of the children is paramount! That’s why all Babysitting Angels need relevant babysitting experience. Think of babysitting for families in the neighbourhood, an internship at a day care, a related study program or being an au pair.
Social & caring character
As a Babysitting Angel, you’re great at taking care of children and you are an excellent communicator. You can also adapt to different families & situations.
