Coronavirus: current policy Charly Cares

The corona guidelines have been tightened again by the government. We will continue to keep a close eye on the RIVM guidelines. We ask both parents and Babysitting Angels to be responsible and keep the children, and each other, healthy. For example, no babysitting services in case of health concerns, so that our users can continue to make use of our service responsibly.

Do you have a question or remark regarding our policy? Our Support Team is available 24/7 to answer any questions via WhatsApp, phone, or the direct chat on our website.

Our policy regarding babysitting services

Prior to the babysitting service
Inform each other about your current health and set some ground rules about the babysitting service.

Stay home with symptoms
Sneezing / runny nose / cold complaints / sore throat / coughing / fever. Stay home and get tested immediately.

Pay extra attention to hygiene
Don't shake hands. Wash your hands regularly, for at least 20 seconds. Cough and sneeze into your elbow.

Keep 1,5 meters distance
Angels and parents, keep 1,5 meters distance. Distance between child and Angel is difficult, so pay extra attention to hygiene.

Stay informed

The RIVM website contains the most up-to-date information regarding the coronavirus and the accompanying risks. It goes without saying that we will remain alert and will keep you informed via this webpage about any further measures taken to keep everyone healthy.
